Popular ICT Brand announces major expansion plans in Maharashtra; holds multiple Dealer conventions

Reputed national ICT Brand, Lapcare, conducted a series of Dealer Conventions in Maharashtra this month, attended by over 700 ICT Dealers/Businessmen statewide. Held under the auspices of various regional IT Associations, the events took place in–Pune, ChhatrapatiSambhaji Nagar (formerly Aurangabad), Nashik, and Kolhapur, respectively. At the time of going to press, there are two further conventions planned in Mumbai, the State Capital and the commercial nucleus of India. Rx Infotech, the parent organization of the theLapcare brand, has 5 branch offices in Maharashtra state, multiple stock points, multiple service centers, and a major logistics-cum-distributionhub in Bhiwandi. With such heavily developed infrastructure in place, Lapcare announced plans to expand operations in West Zone, by introducing more product lines, enlarging the Retailer base, offering more secondary sales support to businessmen, and making additional strategic partnerships.
At the hugely successful CMDA Expo in Pune, Lapcare’s wide range of products was showcased ina large pavilion, and there was an additional stall dedicated to Sound Systems. Lapcare was also invited to deliver a seminar at the event. The first day of the Expo featured a ‘Networking Night’ organized jointly by CMDA and NCN, where Lapcare executives had a chance to meet hundreds of members from Pune’s large IT community and discuss both technical and commercial matters.
All Lapcare Conventions were adorned by office bearers (and key members) of multiple IT Associations in Maharashtra, who lauded Lapcare’s commitment to the region. This includes CMDA from Pune, CAN from Nashik, ACTA from Shambhajinagar, CAK Kolhapur, and TAIT Mumbai. Organized in collaboration with stalwart Regional Distributors, these conventions gave the ICT fraternity a chance to familiarize themselves with Lapcare’s immense product variety, upcoming SKUs, research & development efforts, after-sales service process, techniques for more effective retailing, the collaboration between Marketing Channel partners and special offers.
The Lapcare team also gave attendees a peek into the near-term future, where new sub-genres of products are expected to hit the market, starting this month. These include trendy lifestyle-based genres like Sports Neckbands and Smart Watches (Wearable Computers). Many products were kept on display and were demonstrated live. The Lapcare team motivated the highly entrepreneurial dealers of the region to innovate and engage in out-of-the-box thinking. This includes planning ahead of time and turning challenges into opportunities. Executives from Dell Peripherals were also present at the conventions.
These Business Meets are part of a wider Nationwide Roadshow being conducted by Lapcarein 2023. In the next quarter, the Roadshow Yatra (Tour) is expected to head towards Gujarat, Rajasthan, and then West Bengal. This is a chance for dealers to interact directly with Lapcare’s senior team and see demos firsthand.
SharadGadhe, of Pooja Computers, a prominent businessman, remarked: “Not only has Lapcare reinforced their position as a major force in the Peripherals & Spares sector, but they have also demonstrated proven expertise in various other subcategories, such as Sound Systems, Gaming, Mobility, Networking, and several others”.
Following the mega event in Nashik, Lapcare’s MD, Atul Gupta said “We hail the vibrancy of Maharashtra; the state with the highest GSDP; among the most urbanized and industrialized states in the country. We see great need for our products in the region, and shall strive to ensure we deliver the best products to our consumers, with ultra-modern features, at reasonable rates”.
Lapcare’s large speakers (Ramp, Beast, and Lapsonic) were stars of the show, much lauded by visitors. In a region that loves lively upbeat music, these products are public favorites. The twin tower speakers, with extra heavy bass and true surround sound, are perfect to pair with your TV to enhance the viewing experience. Lapcare’s Portable speakers with their convenient grab-and-go compact design were also on display, much desired by today’s youngsters and the young-at-heart, who love outdoor recreation and adventure.
Lapcare also performed the national unveiling of its new range of neckbands, with advanced noise-canceling features. Neckbands are much easier to maintain and operate than larger headsets.
