Digisol Systems Ltd. conducted a Step-Up Training session in Siliguri for its
channel partners, covering the company’s active and passive networking product range.
The session focused on practical, field-relevant knowledge to help partners handle
installation, configuration, and troubleshooting with greater confidence.
The training covered active products such as switches and routers, including
configuration basics and common deployment scenarios. On the passive side, partners
were taken through structured cabling components and connectors, with an emphasis
on installation practices that affect long-term network performance.
The session was conducted by Sourav Bhattacharjee, Networking Specialist- Digisol,
who addressed common field issues and shared practical approaches for resolving
them. Partners also had the opportunity to raise questions specific to their own project
requirements, making the session interactive and directly relevant to their day-to-day
work.
Step Up Training is part of Digisol’s ongoing effort to keep partners updated on product
capabilities and equipped to support customers effectively at the ground level. The
program is conducted across various regions in India, with Siliguri being the latest
addition to the schedule.
